Jet nozzles ranging from rotary jet nozzles to remove scale buildup on pipe walls to milling jet heads for cutting large obstacles in sewer lines. Step 3: N Inspection. TV inspection provides a trenchless solution for the investigation and identification of problems in underground pipelines. Using specialist video cameras, with built in lighting and pan &tilt video inspection heads, our experienced operators can inspect and document the internal wall of the pipelines and visually inspect any infiltration or damage to the storm or wastewater collection system without the need of expensive excavation. System defects are documented and tabulated for complete analysis and detailed rehabilitation techniques are developed or recommended, including associated costs for client budgeting purposes. The camera systems used by JCC are the latest equipment available and offer unparalleled imaging technology to produce clarity of picture with enhanced detail. JCC inspectors will perform each inspection in the same, consistent manner, collecting_data and-.images,_ including-both still_and._dital_pictures_.and video. We utilize a proprietary_ defect coding system using consistent classification of the severity of defects. Our data will include: Manhole/Inlet Inspection ➢ Manhole/inlet identification ➢ Manhole/inlet type ➢ Covered or unlocated manholes/inlets ➢ Length between manholes/inlets ➢ Manhole/inlet size and opening ➢ Inlet and flow direction drawing ➢ Construction materials and conditions of cover, rings, walls, aprons and troughs 9 Visible sources of infiltration Leaks ➢ Amount and type of debris in manhole/inlet Connected Sewer Lines Length, size, type and depth of pipe ➢ Root growth ➢ Infiltration JCC Enterprises Labor, Inc. ITB#145-2013LR L ➢ Condition ➢ Flow depth Step 5: Data/Report Analysis. JCC will provide computerized data for both the TV inspection and manhole inspection in a format that is easy to access and interpret by city personnel. Furthermore our technicians will be available to review and clarify on an ongoing basis. Step 6: Recommendations. An internal review of the data will be made to determine what repairs need to be made. The most cost-effective and efficient technology will be proposed. Possible repairs consist of the following: Standard Dig and Replace*' ➢ Dig and replace, full line replacement ➢ Dig and replace, point repair Preferred Trenchless Technologies ➢ Grouting leaking joint. ➢ Trenchless section repair ➢ Man entry section repair ➢ CIPP manhole to manhole liner diameters varying from 8"to 120" ➢ Slip lining utilizing HDPE, PVC, or fiberglass pipe ➢ Pipe bursting utilizing HDPE pipe Manhole Rehabilitation Methods ➢ A flexible sealing liner ➢ A structural cementatious liner ➢ A structural cementatious and epoxy combination liner ➢ A fiberglass insert liner ➢ Possible elevation of manhole ring to meet grade ➢ Manhole replacement Specification Development will be done in conjunction with King Engineering. JCC has an ongoing relationship with this engineering firm. King will provide additional consulting and a third party generation of specifications. King and JCC have an on-going relationship providing Sanitary Sewer Evaluation Surveys (SSES)for the Department of Environmental Resources Management(DERM) in Miami Dade county. 2.3 Facilities Capabilities JCC is a locally owned and operated MBE and SBE company. We have 12 full staff members with a combined 130 years experience available to the City of Miami Beach. Further we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
