NOW THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and City Commission hereby approve and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Perpetual Easement Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation with regard to a 217.2 square foot parcel on the west side of Indian Creek Drive and north of 26th Street for a proposed stormwater outfall on Indian Creek Drive (SR A1A).
