Contextual Comments
This survey represents the most exhaustive and
representative feedback City government receives from
residents and businesses
Residents and business owners are brutally honest in
their ratings; nonetheless:
4 out of 5 residents and business owners would recommend
◦
the City of Miami Beach, and
Residents rate the quality of life as very high
◦
Responses to many questions in the survey are highly
correlated, i.e., if traffic is an issue (as it is to a majority
of residents), then ratings of other City-services are
influenced
Perceptions change slowly
