7309 Collins Avenue LLC 77 �� AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE NORTH BEACH FACADE IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM GRANT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AND 7309 COLLINS AVENUE LLC. This Amendment No. 1 (Amendment) to the North Beach Fagade improvement Program Grant Agreement (Agreement), dated October 24, 2013, between the CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, having its principal office at 1700 Convention Center Drive, Miami Beach, Florida 33139 (City), and 7309 Collins Avenue LLC, having its principal office at 210-71 Street, Suite 309, Miami Beach, Florida 33141 (Grantee), relating to property located at 7309-7313 Collins Ave, Miami Beach Fl 33141, is made and entered into this day of 7 , 2014. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual premises, covenants and agreements herein contained, and other good and valuable consideration, in receipt and adequacy of which are hereby acknowledged and intending to be legally bound, the City and Grantee hereby amend the Agreement as follows: 1. The City and Grantee hereby agree to increase the Grant amount from Six Thousand Fifty-Seven and 00/100 ($6,057.00) Dollars to Seven Thousand, Eight Hundred Eighty-Two and 00/100 cents ($7,882.00) Dollars. 2. No Further Modifications. Except as amended herein, the Agreement remains unmodified and in full force and effect.
