Morales, City Manager DATE: April 21, 2016 SUBJECT: Police Memorial Ceremony This Letter to Commission is to invite you to attend the Miami Beach Police Memorial Ceremony on Thursday, May 5, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. The ceremony will be at the monument in front of the Miami Beach Police Station. The Memorial Ceremony is the one day each year where we formally honor those Miami Beach Police Officers who have given their lives in the line of duty. You are also invited to join Chief Oates and members of the Police Command Staff and many members of the Miami Beach Police Department and Miami Dade's law enfocement community at the Police Memorial Ceremony for all of Miami-Dade County that same evening.
