Richard Streim Dear Honorable Mayor and City Commission:
On September 12th, the Transportation, Parking& Bicycle-Pedestrian Facilities

Removal of Bump-outs in Parking Lane
The TPBPFC recommends the removal of bump-outs at the 100 blocks west of
Ocean Drive and any similar bump-outs citywide.
Lighting Code Discussion
The TPBPFC requests that the City address stray lighting that shines on public-
right-of-way citywide, particularly due to how such lighting impacts flying
insects and pests; City to get information out via the City's Communications
Department
As an advisory Committee,we would greatly appreciate your consideration on
these motions.
Sincerely,
Transportation, Parking & Bicycle-Pedestrian Facilities Committee
