MIAMI BEACH NOTICE OF CITY OF MIAMI BEACH PLANNING BOARD WORKSHOP RELATING TO NORTH BEACH SITE VISITS The Miami Beach Planning Board will hold an informational mobile workshop on Thursday, March 23, 2017, regarding North Beach and possible Conservation Zoning District, Historic Preservation District, and other possible regulations relating to North Beach. Each board member shall find his /her own way to each location. There will be no trolley or joint travel. At each location, the board members shall discuss the topics identified, and the public is welcome to observe and /or participate as the members view various locations that play a significant role in the development of the North Beach. No official action will be taken at the workshop. The route locations are listed below. Times for stops are approximate, subject to traffic conditions. • 11:00 a.m. - Meet at Town Center - 300 71st Street • 11:45 a.m. - Meet at Conservation District - 600 76th Street • 12:30 p.m. - Meet at West Lots - 8108 Collins Ave The Planning Board may invite public comment during the tours.
