SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to equest for Proposals (RFP) No. 2017 - 077 -JC, for
Design, Furnish, Install, Maintain, Remove, and Store Holiday Lighting and Decorations
The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of Request for
Proposals (RFP) No. 2017 - 077 -JC, which seeks to establish an agreement with a qualified firm(s)
for design, furnish, install, maintain, remove, and store holiday lighting and decorations.
The City anticipates receipt of proposals pursuant to this RFP on Friday, March 31, 2017. The
responsive proposals will be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria
established in the RFP:
• Tonya Daniels, Director, Office of Communications, City of Miami Beach
• Rodolfo De La Torre, Streets & Street Lighting Superintendent, Public Works, City of Miami
Beach
• Robin Jacobs, Resident Representative from 41st Street
• Adrian Morales, Director, Property Management, City of Miami Beach
• Margueritte Ramos, Resident Representative from North Beach
• Ivannia Van Arman, Executive Director, Lincoln Road Business Improvement District
(LRBID)
• Vanessa Williams, Assistant Director, Tourism, Culture, & Economic Development, City of
Miami Beach
I am also considering the following individuals as alternates in the event an Evaluation Committee
member is unable to participate:
• Michael Belush, Chief of Planning, Planning Department, City of Miami Beach
• Melissa Berthier, Public Relations, Office of Communications, City of Miami Beach
