That it shall be unlawfCul for any person, firm or corjoration to park a vehicle in any alley within the City of Miami Beach, ,,,lorida, except in the alley be- tween Ocean Drive and uol"i-ins Avenue, between virst Street and Biscayne Avenue, for a period longer than five minutes or to in anywise obstruct traffic in said alleys, Section 2. Any such person, firm or corporation .found guilty of the violation o_L this ordinance shall, upon convic- tion be fined not exceeding Two Hundred Dollars or be imprison- ed in the city jail not exceeding thirty days* PASSED AID ADOPTED this 18th day of June , A.
