Section 1. -.,:hat the city of laiariii Be,lch, .Florida, issue negotiable
coupon bonds of said. City in the sums and for t purposes following:

(1) Seventy Thousand Dollars for the purpose of the . construction of
a building, the laying of drains acid the purcha s e of land, machinery
r .r ant for neutrali zing,
and ecuip,eat , all .�o_ the ope_ata.on of a pl �,
destroying and disposing of se%verage , and ( 2) ,ifty-five .1:housand.
Dollars for th.e construction of sanitary Sewers, the ati:g-regate of
which said sums are not in excess of ten per cent. of the assessed,
valuation of all real and personal property situated within the cor-
porate limits of said City, ROVIDED, ri0MEV R, that said bonds shall
not be issued until after the same shall have been submitted to vote
of the duly registered and oualified voters of said city and uzitil
after saia issuance shall have been authorized by t'r.e vote of a ma-
jority of the qualified electors particips ting in an ezectio i herein
called for that purpose.
Section 2. That the questions of issuing said boils for saidd, two

Section 3. Aa t said City Council does hereby call a special
election to be held in. the City iiall in said City on the 25th day
of July, i. 13, 9 1922, at which special election the questions whe-
ther the following sums of bonds shall be issued for the follco�n7irlg
purposes: (1) Seventy Thousand Dollars for the purpose o-17. the
construction of a building, the laying of drains and the purchase
of land-, machinery and equipment , all for the operation of a plant
for neutralizingg , destroying and disposing of sewerage . and ( 2)
2iff*ty-f ive Thousand Dollars for the constz-action of sanitary severs
shall be submitted to the duly registered ani qualified voters of
said Uity.
Section 4* That the registration books of said Uity shall be
open from ten o' clock a• ra. until fivr o' clock p. m. each clay,
Sundays excepted, from June 21, to July 15 , As o. t 1922, for the
registration of all -persons eligible for registration and who are
not now registered*
Section 5, That Jeremiah -rieid, John L. Crist and J. Arthur Pan-
coast be and they are hereby appointed inspectors and Val uleary
is hereby appointed Ulerk to hold- and conduct sairl election at
said voting place on said clay, which names the city Ulerk shall
certify to the Iiiayore
Section 6. i_�hat at the said election the polls shall be open from

no newspaper published in said City of Miami Beach, and by posting the
same notice for a period of thirty days in three conspicuous places in
the City of Miami Beach,, one of which shall be at the Uity Hall, one
at the post office and. one at Hardie's Casino.

NOTICE is hereby given that an election has been
called by the Oity Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, and will be held at the City Hall on the 25th
day of July, A. Do , 19229 at which there will be sub-
