FLORIDA:
Section 1. All motor vehicles, or vehicles of s,nuT ,kind, oper-
ating on the streets of the city of Miami Beach, Florida, between
sunset and sunrise shell carry at all tirties on the front end of
suc:a vehicle two lights showing a white light a distance of at
least 300 feet ahead, and shall show a red light affixed to the
rear end of said vehicle, all of such lights to be so affixed
that they may be easily seen from a distance of 300 feet in front
or in the rear of such vehicle, and all such lights shill be so
carried as not to blind or affect the. vision of any person upon
a street or highway and within 300 feet of such vehicle so that
such person cannot have a good view of all objects in such street �
within 300 feet in front of hire.
Section 2. All motor ve' icls operating upon any public highway

and such horn, gong or bell shall always be, sounded at least 25

Section 3. In turning corners all such vehicles shall keep to
the ri ht until the center of the street intended to be turned
into shall be passed, before said turn shall be made, Lind in

another, the speed limit of all vehicles shall not exceed 12
miles per hour.

Section 5. All vehicles of whatever kind, however propelled

parked on the right hand side of the street and not- fuxther

Section 6, any person, firm or corporation who shall violate
any provision of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined
not exceeding One 21undred. Dollars or be imprisoned in the City
Jail not exceeding thirty days, or by both such fine and irfi-
prisonment.
