BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECT10N 1: That it shall be unlawful for any person or
. persons driving a vehicle of any description, however
drawn, or propelled to pass a street car or street rail-
ay car while such street car or railway car is at a

standstill for the purpose of receiving or discharging
nas sengers.
SECTION 2: It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or
corporation, whether agent or er2plorer, to leave doors
of street cars open except while passengers are being
actuall',y received or discharged.
SECTION 3: y'ny person violatincr this ordinance shall,
upon conviction, be fined not e1 ceeding ��).ifty ( �50) Dol,
