Ordinance 1517 ORDINANCE NO. 1517
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE. NO. 289,
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE "ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the
"Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida", be and the same is hereby amended so as to exclude
from Height District No. 5, as the same is defined and set
forth in said Ordinance, and to include in Height District
No. 4, as the same is defined and set forth in said Ordinance,
the following described land, to wit:
Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12, Block 55
of Fisher's First Subdivision of Alton
Beach, Plat Book 2, Page 77, of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
and that parcel of land abutting Lots
7, 8 and 9 and the southerly j of
Lincoln Road on the east as follows:
Bounded on the south by the southerly
line of said Lot 7 produced easterly,
bounded on the north by the center line
of Lincoln Road produced easterly,
bounded on the west by the easterly
line of the said Lots 7, 8, 9 and the
easterly line of Lincoln Road, bounded
on the east by line parallel to and
98.6 ft. easterly of the above described
westerly boundary.
SECTION 2: That Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the
"Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida", be and the same is hereby amended so as to exclude
from Height District No. 5, as the same is defined and set
forth in said Ordinance, and to include in Height District
No. 2, as the same is defined and set forth in said Ordinance,
the following described land, to wit:
Lots 6 and 13, Block 55, of Fisher's
First Subdivision of Alton Beach, Plat
Book 2, Page 77, of the Public Records
;- of Dade County, Florida, and that parcel
of land abutting said Lot 6 on the east,
bounded as follows:
Bounded on the south by the southerly
line of the said Lot 6 produced easterly,
bounded on the north by the northerly
line of said Lot 6 produced easterly,
bounded on the west by the easterly line
of the said Lot 6, bounded on the east by
a line parallel to and 83 .5 ft. easterly
of the above described westerly boundary.

SECTION 3 : All ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same
are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: This ordinance small go into effect immediately upon
its passage and posting as required by law.

BEACH, FLORIDA"
having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in
three conspicuous places in the City of Miami Beach, one
of which was at the door of the City Hall in said City on
the 1st day of July A.,D. 19 64 , and that said
Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least thirty
days in accordance with the requirements of the City
Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand
and affixed the official seal of the City of Miami Beach,
