BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 789, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: "SECTION l: �'he following titles shall constitute the Classification Plan, and the titles together with the prescribed pay schedules shall constitute the Compensation Plan� both as provided for in the Civil Service Act and the Person�el Rules, for the Classified service of the City of Miami Beach, Florida.
