AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289,
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE "ZONING ORDINANCE
OF CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the
"Zoning Ordinance of City of Miami Beach, Florida"
and the maps attached thereto and made a part thereof, be
amended so as to exclude from the "REE" Multiple Family
District, and to include in the "BAAA" Business District,
as said districts are set forth and defined in said ordinance,
and in Area District No. 19, as said district is defined in
said ordinance, that certain parcel of land situate in Miami
Beach, Dade County, Florida, and described as follows, to wit:
From a point on the easterly line of Collins Avenue
at the intersection with the northerly line of Park
Avenue (said Park Avenue renamed 21st Street as
designated in Ordinance 232) as shown on the plat
of the amended map of the OCEAN FRONT PROPERTY OF
THE MI�1MI BEACH IMPROVEMENT COMPANY, as recorded in
Plat Book 5, at page 7 of the public records of
Dade County, Florida;
RUN northerly along the easterly line of Collins
Avenue one hundred sixty-five and five tenths (165.5')
feet to a point;
THENCE RUN easterly at right angles to said easterly
line of Collins Avenue five (5' ) feet to the Point of
Beginning of the tract of land herein described;
FROM said Point of Beginning continue easterly along
the last course extended and at right angles to the said
easterly line of Collins Avenue three hundred forty (340' )
feet to a point;
THENCE RUN in a northerly direction on a line parallel to
the easterly line of Collins Avenue seventy (70') feet
to a point;
THENCE run in a westerly direction three hundred forty
(340' ) feet to a point, said point being five (5' ) feet
easterly of the easterly line of Collins Avenue and
two hundred thirty-five and five tenths (235.5' ) feet
northerly of the northerly line of 21st Street;

THENCE RUN in a southerly direction on a line parallel
to the east property line of Collins Avenue, a distance
of seventy (70') feet to the Point of Beginning -
containing approximately 23,800 square feet, more or
less.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and posting as required by

KNOWN AS THE "ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA" .
having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door
of the City Hall in said City on the 7th day of September, 1967
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
