SECTION 2. That all ordinances or pa.rts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3 That t�is ordinance shall go into ef�ect as ot
October 1, 1963.
SECTION 4 The health and saelfare of the City being in peril, the
three read ings of th is ord inance sha 11 be had in one
session, and the City Council finding that this ordinance is
necessary for the immediate protection of �,ts citizens, it sha.11
therefore go into effect immediately upon its passage.

POSITIONS IN THE UNCLASSIFIED SERVICE; CREATING OR RE-CREATING SAID OFFICES
AND POSITIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH AN ORGANIZATIONAL PLAN; AND ESTABLISHING A
SCHEDULE OF SALARIES THEREFOR"
having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door
of the City Hall in said CitX on the 5th day of December, 1968,
and that said Ordinance remained posted fo� a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
