AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 25 OF
"THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 25 of "The Code of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida" be and the same is
hereby amended by adding a new section thereto, to read
and to be numbered as follows:
"25.92.1 It shall be unlawful for any
person to place, deposit, pile or accumulate
any sand; soil; earth or rubble or debris,
accumulated from or for the purpose of land -
clearing, excavating, building; re -building
and altering of buildings or structures, in
such manner as to constitute a nuisance in
any way. If the same shall be determined by
the City Manager to constitute a nuisance, he
shall forthwith notify the owner of the realty
involved accordingly, and shall require the
same to be removed within thirty (30) days of
the service of such notice. Thereafter, each
day that such nuisance is permitted to continue
shall constitute a separate offense and shall
be punishable in the manner provided by Section
1.8 of the Code."
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall go into effect
immediately upon its passage and posting as
required by law.

Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door
of the City Hall in said City on the 9th day of February, 1970,
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
