AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289,
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE "ZONING ORDINANCE
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That that portion of Section 16-B (II) of Ordinance
No. 289, commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance of
Miami Beach, Florida", reading as follows:
"9
College - 1 space per 5 seats in the main
auditorium, or 1 space per 3 seats per
classroom, whichever is greater.
"10. High School - 1 space per 12 seats in the
main auditorium, or 2 spaces per classroom,
whichever is greater.
"11. Junior High, elementary or nursery school -
1 space per 15 seats in main assembly room,
plus 1 space per classroom."

plus 2 spaces per classroom."
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
This ordinance shall go into effect immediately upon
its passage and posting as required by law.

having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door
of the City Hall in said City on the 3rd day of September, 1970,
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
