QUIT -CLAIM DEED
THIS QUIT CLAIM DEED, made this a day ofJ0u1, 1998, by JILL SILVERMAN HUNTER,
INDIVIDUALLY AND AS CO-TRUSTEE UNDER THE WILL OF sYLViif S. ROSE, DECEASED, AND UNDER THE

Grantor, and MIAMI BEACH REDEVELOPMENT AG NCY, a Florida public body
corporate and politic, whose post office address is 1700 Convention Center Drive, Miami Beach, Florida 33139, Grantee.
WITNESSETH, That said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum ofTEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration to said Grantor in hand paid by said Grantee, the receipl and sufficiency whereof is
hereby acknowledged, has released, remised and qunclaimed, and by these presents does hereby release, remise and
forever quitclaim unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns forever, all of the right, title, interest, claim and demand
of the Grantor in and to the following described land, to wn:
The South 12.65 feet (measured along the lot line) 01 Lots 7 and 14, all of LoIs 6 and 15, and the
North 10.0 feet (measured along the lot line) of Lots 5 and 16, all in Block 56, of FISHER'S FIRST
SUBDIVISION OF ALTON BEACH, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 2, al Page
77, ofthe Public Records of Dade County, Florida, together with Ihat certain parcel of land lying East
and adjacent to the above described parcel; said parcel bounded on the South by the South line of
the above described parcel extended Easterly: bounded on the North by the North line of the above
described parcel extended Easterly; bounded on the East by the Erosion Control Line of the Atlantic
Ocean and bounded on the west by the East line of the above mentioned Block 56.
All lands described above located, lying and being in Section 34, Township 53 South, Range 42 East,
in the City of Miami Beach, Miami-Dade County, Florida.
The above-described properly does not constnute the homestead of Ihe Grantor, nor any member of Granlo(s
family, nor is It contiguous thereto; and Grantor resides at: l3c<5rb0 llj'(\oA.~
This quit-claim deed is being executed and recorded for Ihe sole purpose of including lands thaI were
unintentionally omilled in that deed recorded in Official Records Book 12467, at Page 2086, and in Official Records Book
12467, at Page 2090, ofthe Public Records of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the hereditiments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the estate, right, litle, interest, lien, equity and claim whatsoever
of the Grantor, either in law or in equity, to the Grantee, its successors and assigns forever.
