AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289,
COMMONLY KNOWN AS "THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA."
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the following described parcels of land be
and the same are hereby placed and included in
the "RH" Hospital District, as said district is defined in
Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as "The Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida":
Lots 1-9, Block 15, Island View Subdivision,
according to the Plat thereof, recorded in
Plat Book 6, Page 115, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida, and submerged
land adjacent thereto, described as follows,
to wit:
Begin at the Northwest corner of Lot 9,
Block 15 of Island View Subdivision, Plat
Book 6 at Page 115 of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida; Thence South 36 degrees
37 minutes 16 seconds West for a distance of
16.07 feet; Thence South 73 degrees 10
minutes 29 seconds West for a distance of
190.25 feet to the beginning of a tangential
circular curve; Thence Southwesterly along
said circular curve to the left having a 4
radius of 150 feet through a central angle of 73
degrees 06 minutes 15 seconds for an arc
distance of 191.39 feet to the end of said curve,
and a point which is located 298 feet West of,
as measured at right angles to the West line of
the said Block 15. Thence South 00 degrees 04
minutes 14 seconds West, tangent to the last
dscribed curve and parallel to the West line of
the said Block 15 for a distance of 218.80 feet
to the beginning of a tangential circular curve;
Thence Southeasterly along said circular curve
to the left having a radius of 300 feet through
a central angle of 36 degrees 55 minutes 20
seconds for an arc distance of 193.33 feet to a
point of reverse curve; Thence Southeasterly along
a circular curve to the right having a radius of
2,739.05 feet through a central angle of 6
degrees 19 minutes 20 seconds for an arc distance
of 302.24 feet to the end of said curve; Thence
North 89 degrees 58 minutes 15 seconds East for
a distance of 70 feet to the intersection of the
West and South boundary of Dade Boulevard as the
same is shown on the said Island View Subdivision
and the end of the herein described bulkhead line
as recorded in Plat Book 74, Page 15 of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.

SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 3.
This ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and posting as required by law.

Ordinance No. 1855 entitled:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289,
COMMONLY KNOWN AS "THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA."
having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door
of the City Hall in said City on the 30th day of
November, 1970,
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed the official seal of the City of. Miami Beach, Florida,
