QUIT-CLAIM DEED

and MIAMI BEACH REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, a Florida publl'c body corporate and politic, whose post
office address is 1700 Convention Center Drive, Miami Beach, Florida 33139, Grantee.
WITNESSETH, That said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00)
and other good and valuable consideration to said Grantor in hand paid by said Grantee, the receipt and
sufficiency whereof is hereby acknowledged, has released, remised and quitclaimed, and by these presents
does hereby release, remise and forever quitclaim unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns forever, all
of the right, title, interest, claim and demand of the Grantor in and to the following described land, to wit:
The South 12.65 feet (measured along the lot line) of Lots 7 and 14, all of Lots 6 and 15, and
the North 10.0 feet (measured along the lot line) of Lots 5 and 16, all in Block 56, of
FISHER'S FIRST SUBDIVISION OF ALTON BEACH, according to the plat thereof, as
recorded in Plat Book 2, at Page 77, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, together
with that certain parcel of land lying East and adjacent to the above described parcel; said
parcel bounded on the South by the South line of the above described parcel extended
Easterly; bounded on the North by the North line of the above described parcel extended
Easterly; bounded on the East by the Erosion Control Line of the Atlantic Ocean and
bounded on the west by the East line of the above mentioned Block 56.
All lands described above located, lying and being in Section 34, Township 53 South, Range
42 East, in the City of Miami Beach, Miami-Dade County, Florida.
The above-described property does not constitute the homestead of the Grantor, nor any member

This quit-claim deed is being executed and recorded for the sole purpose of includinljlands that were
unintentionally omitted in that deed recorded in Official Records Book 12467, at Page 2090, of the Public
Records of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the hereditiments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien,
equity and claim whatsoever of the Grantor, either in law or in equity, to the Grantee, its successors and
assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year first above
written.
