Ordinance 1864ORDINANCE NO. 1864 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289, COMMONLY KNOWN AS "THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA." BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That Section 4-D of Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as "The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach, Florida," be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto the following additional paragraph, to be numbered and to read as follows: "7. As an accessory use for tenants and guests of tenants only, in apartments having 100 or more dwelling units and apartment hotels having 100 or more dwelling units, Sundry shops, which shall be limited to the sale of the following items: tobacco and tobacco products, magazines and newspapers, candies, sodas, suntan oils, patent medicines, milk, bread, eggs, tea and coffee, and toilet and facial tissues. The accessory use under this section shall be subject to the same requirements, restrictions and conditions as hereinabove provided in paragraph 5 of this section." SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall go into effect immediately upon its passage and posting as required by law. PASSED and ADOPTED this 20th day of January ,1971.
