ORDINANCE NO. 425 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289, BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, BY ADDING THERETO CLAUSE IN PARAGRAPH DESIGNATED "DISTRICT NO. 17" UNDER AREA REGULATIONS, SECTION 16 OF SAID ORDINANCE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 289 as amended by Ordinance No. 382, be amended by adding to Paragraph designated District No. 17, under Area Regulations, Section 16 of said Ordinance, after sentence reading, "There shall be a side yard having a width of not less than five (5) feet on either side of a building", the following clause: "Provided, however, that in business districts corner lots shall not require a side yard on the side of the lot abutting on the street side." SECTION 2: All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and they are hereby repealed. SECTION 3: This ordinance shall take effect immediately after its passage, approval and posting in accord with law. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of May, A. D., 1936. TOMLINSON, City Clerk in and for the City of Miami Beach, Florida, do hereby certify that Ordinance No. 425 entitled WAN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDI- NNNCE NO. 2g91 BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, BY ADDING THERETO CLAUSE IN PARAGRAPH DESIGNATED "DISTRICT NO. 17" UNDER AREA REGULATIONS, SECTION 16 OF SAID ORDINANCE", having been duly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door of the City Hall in said City on the 12th day of May, A. D., 19 36 , and that said Ordi- nance remained posted for a period of at least thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.
