ORDINANCE NO, 449
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
402 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, BE-
ING ORDINANCE ENTITLED, "AN ORDINANCE
REGULATING AND RESTRICTING THE LOCA-
TIONS WHEREIN THE BUSINESS OF THE
SALE OF LIQUOR, AS HEREIN DEFINED,
MAY BE CONDUCTED; PRESCRIBING PENAL-
TIES FOR THE VIOLATION HEREOF AND
PROVIDING FOR THE ENFORCEMENT HEREOF.",
SO THAT BLOCKS 3A, 4A, 3B AND 4B OF
ESPANOLA VILLAS FIRST ADDITION, SHALL
BE INCLUDED IN AND MADE A PART OF "B"
DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 402 of the City of Miami Beach,
and the map attached thereto and made a part thereof,
be apd the same are hereby amended so that Blocks
3A, 4A, 3B and. 4B of Espanola Villas First Addition,
recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 147 of the Public Rec-
ords of Dade County, Florida, shall be included in
and made a part of "B" District.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.

THE CITY OF MIDI BEACH, BEING ORDINANCE ENTITLED, "AN ORDINANCE
R a.GULATING AND RESTRICTING THE LOCATIONS WHEREIN THE BUSINESS OF
THE SALE OF LIQUOR, AS HEREIN DEFINED, MAY BE CONDUCTED; PRESCRI-
BING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION HEREOF AND PROVIDING FOR THE
ENFORCEMENT HEREOF. ", SO THAT BLOCKS 3A, 4A, 3B AND 4B OF
ESPANOLA VILLAS FIRST ADDITION, SHALL BE INCLUDED IN AND MADE
A PART OF "B" DISTRICT," having been duly passed and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Miami Leach, Florida, has been
posted by me in three conspicuous places in the City of Miami
Beach, one of which was at the door of the City Hall in said
City on the 8th day of October, A. D., 1936, and that said
Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least thirty days
in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter of the
said City of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand
and affixed the official seal of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
on this the 8th day of November, A. D., 1936.
