AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, CHANGING THE NAMES
OF APACHE AVENUE AND WEST 49TH STREET,
BEGINNING WITH THE LINE OF INTERSECTION
OF APACHE AVENUE AND WEST 51ST STREET,
EXTENDING TO AND THROUGH WEST 49TH STREET
TO A POINT OF INTERSECTION BNTWEEN WEST
49TH STREET AND THE EAST LINE OF ALTON ROAD,
SAID APACHE AVENUE AND WEST 49TH STREET TO
BE KNOWN AS LAKE VIEW DRIVE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that certain highway shown and designated on
Plat of Lake View Subdivision, recorded in Plat
Book 14 at Page 42 of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida, as LAKE VIEW DRIVE, extending from the inter-
section of 51st Street and Lake View Drive to the intersection
of LakeView Drive and. Alton Road, said Lake View Drive having
subsequently been changed by Ordinance No. 232 of the CityCouncil
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, to be known as West 9th
Street and Apache Avenue, be and the same is hereby changed in
name and shall hereafter be known as LAKE VIEW DRIVE. In other
words, the said LAKE VIEW DRIVE shall extend from 51st Street on
the North to Alton Road on the West.
SECTION 2. That all persons, firms or corporations owning prop-
erty or residing upon the foregoing streets as re-
named or designated herein, are hereby required to
observe the provisions of this ordinance in designating or number-
ing residences or posting signs or makkers which may designate the
foregoing street.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.

City of Miami Beach, Florida, do hereby certify that Ordinance
No. 462 entitled "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, CHANGING THE NAMES OF APACHE AVENUE AND WEST 49th STREET,
BEGINNING WITH THE LINE OF INTERSECTION OF APACHE AVENUE AND
WEST 51ST STREET, EXTENDING TO AND THROUGH WEST 49TH STREET TO A
POINT OF INTERSECTION BETWEEN WEST 49TH STREET AND THE EAST LINE
OF ALTON ROAD, SAID APACHE AVENUE AND WEST 49TH STREET TO BE
KNOWN AS LAKE VIEW DRIVE," having been duly passed and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Miami Leach, Florida, has been
posted by me in three conspicuous places in the City of Miami
Beach, one of which wcs at the door of the City Hall in said
City on the 19th day of November, A. D., 1936, and that said
Ordinance remained posted for a pefiod of at least thirty days
in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter of the
said City of Miami beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand
and affixed the official seal of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
on this the 21st day of December, A. D., 1936.
