13020 ABSOLUTION NO. 13020
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, has been advised that
MAGIC CITY CAT CLUB, INC.
desires to lease the premises and facilities of the
Miami Beach AMMXXXXAMMax Convention Hall XEXZ.MXSouth-Lobby
for the purpose of CAT SHOW
on November 13, 1970, 8 :00 A.M. through November 16, 1970,
12: 00 Noon, and
WHEREAS a lease agreement has been prepared by
the Auditorium and Convention Hall Manager and approved.
as to form by the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS the City Council has been advised of and
is familiar with the terms and provisions of the said
lease agreement and deems it to be for the best interest
of the City to authorize the execution of the said lease
agreement.
i NOW, THEREFORE, BE Ii RESOLVED BY THE CIIY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and
the City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the above described lease agreement
on behalf of the City, and that the Auditorium and
Convention Hall Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to carry into effect the terms and provisions undertaken
therein by the City.
