13095 RESOLUTION NO. 13095 WHEREAS Maison Grande, Inc. has, by written instrument, dedicated to the perpetual use of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, an easement and right-of-way to lay, install and maintain a water main in the following described land situate, lying and being in the City of Miami Beach, County of Dade, State of Florida, to wit: Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 6, LYLE G. HALL SUBDIVISION, run westerly along the northerly line of said Lot 6 a distance of two hundred feet (200 ' ) to the northwesterly corner of Lot 21, of said subdivision; thence run southerly a distance of five feet (5 ' ) to a point; thence run easterly a distance of two hundred feet (200 ' ). to a point on the easterly line of Lot 6, said subdivision; thence run northerly a distance of five feet (5 ' ) to the point of beginning, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 40 at page 5 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida; and WHEREAS the City Attorney has approved the same as to form, and WHEREAS the City Council is of the opinion that it would be for the best interest of the City of Miami Beach to accept the easement so dedicated, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the said dedication be and the same is hereby accepted, and the City Attorney is authorized and directed to record the same in the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
