BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that effective October 1, 1970,
there is hereby established a new fee schedule and rates
for golf and other recreational functions and facilities,
as per the fee schedule attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 29th day of September, 1970.

(Parks and Recreation Department and Garden Club events excluded). Check in
the proper amount for the facilities of the Garden Center requested, must be
made payable to the City of Miami Beach and must be paid directly to the office
of the Director of the Parks and Recreation Department at the time application
for reservation is made.
Above rate includes normal clean-up charges but doesc:not include any electricians
or stagehands required by Lessee.
Events must be concluded by 11 :30 P.M.
All of the above subject to insurance requirements as follows:
"Lessees are required to provide an Owners, Landlords and Tenant 's
or General Comprehensive Liability Policy with the lessee and the
City of Miami Beach named as insureds. Minimum limits of bodily
injury are to be $100,000 each person and $300,000 each accident
with property damage having a minimum of $15,000 per accident."
All agreements for use of above facilities subject to approval of the Director
of the Parks and Recreation De.artment, Cit of Miami 3each, Florida.
(Exception: for politically sponsored events which require prior approval of the
City Council. )
The Parks and Recreation Department Director reserves the right to approve
applications for rental of the Garden Center facilities for night time use.
Any departure from rate schedule outlined above must have approval of the
City Council .

person employed for custodian services. W. recommend that this fee be increased to
$20.00 per employee, with the Lessee responsible for the clean-up.
Note: Alt agreements for use of above facilities for politically sponsored events
require
prior approvat of the Miami Brach City Council.

The City of Miami Beach reserves the richt to close any
Municipal golf course when deemed necessary for major or
minor repairs or renovation without refund on Golf Permit.
Permit is good only as lona as Permit Holder is a bona fide
;permanent resident of the City of Miami Beach, If, for
any reason, his or her status changes relative to the
above during the time the permit is in effect, said permit
is automatically cancelled with full understand:a-1g that
there shall be no refund of permit fee or an' portion
thereof.
Permit is not transferable or refundable and is issued
subject to the rules and rcculations of the course. Abuse
of this privilege will result in the revoking of said permit
without .benefit of any refund.
