RESOLUTION NO. 13130
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach has considered the proposal submitted by CANDEUB, FLEISSIG
AND ASSOCIATES, to conduct a Population Density Study of the
City of Miami Beach, and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds and concludes that
it will be in the best interest of the City and its residents
that a Population Density Study of the City of Miami Beach be
conducted, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach
deems it to be in the best interest of the City and its citizens
that the said CANDEUB, FLEISSIG AND ASSOCIATES, Planning &
Community Development Consultants of Newark, New Jersey be
employed to conduct such Population Density Study of the City
of Miami Beach, and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has prepared an appropriate
Agreement setting forth the conditions for said Population
Density Study with which the City Council is familiar,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the said
Agreement be and the same is hereby approved, and that the
Mayor and the City Clerk and Finance Director be and they are
hereby authorized and directed to execute said Agreement on
behalf and in the name of the City of Miami Beach.
