13213-A RESOLUTION NO. 13213-A
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, deems it to be in the best interests of the said City
and the citizens and residents thereof, that a proposed Contract
be entered into by and between said City and HAZEN-TRANE SERVICE
AGENCY for the maintenance and servicing of the Water Chilling
Equipment in Miami Beach Convention Hall North, said Contract being
dated February 18, 1971, and which Contract shall continue from
year-to-year thereafter, until terminated by either party, by giving
thirty (30) days written notice, prior to the anniversary date of
said Agreement, at an annual payment of One Thousand, Six Hundred
Seventy-Two ($1, 672. 00) Dollars, payable in twelve (12) installments;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk and Finance Director be, and they are hereby, authorized to
execute said Contract for, and in the name of, the CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, and that the appropriate Finance Officers of the
City make provision for the payment of the sums payable therein,
as the same shall become due.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of February , 1971.
