13244 RESOLUTION NO. 13244
WHEREAS, pursuant to the decree of the Circuit
Court in and for Dade County, Florida, which decree was
thereafter affirmed by the Third District Court of Appeal,
and the Florida Supreme Court having denied certiorari
to said judgment of affirmance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Ordinance
No. 289, commonly known as the"Zoning Ordinance of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, "will be amended so as to
exclude from the "RDD" Modified Single-Family Use District
and to include in the "RE" Multiple-Family Use District,
as said districts are set forth and defined in Ordinance
No. 289, the following parcels of land situate, lying and
being in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, to wit :
Lots 21 and 22, Block 39, MIAMI VIEW
SECTION, PART I, ISLE OF NORMANDY,
according to the Plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 34 at page 80 of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.,
and that said Ordinance No. 289 will be further amended
by including said parcels of land in such area district as
the City Council shall deem appropriate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public
hearing be and the same is hereby called to be held on the
5th day of May, 1971 , at 3:00 o'clock p.m. ,
in the Cypress Room, Convention Hall South, 1700 Washington
Avenue, Miami Beach, Florida, for the purpose of amending
said zoning ordinance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH. FLORIDA, that the City Clerk and Finance
Director be and she is hereby directed to give fifteen (15)
days notice of the time, place and object of said hearing by
public notice thereof, published in the Miami Beach Sun,
a newspaper of general circulation in said City.
