13453 RESOLUTION NO. 13453
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach, Florida, entered
into a Lease Agreement with Country Shindig Co. dated
September 24, 1971, and
WHEREAS, Country Shindig Co. will have two
performances on November 4, 1971 instead of one, a,s scheduled
on the above mentioned contract, in the Miami Beach
Auditorium for a Country Show, and
WHEREAS, all other terms and conditions of the
existing agreement shall remain the same except the payments,
which read as follows :
"Minimum guarantee of $350.00 or 12% for
one show" now to read "Minimum guarantee for
two shows $500.00 or 12%, balance of deposit--
$150. 00, to be paid by 5 :00 P.M. , November
4, 1971, "
and
WHEREAS, a letter signed by the Acting Manager of
the Auditorium and Convention Hall, dated October 15, 1971,
amending the existing Agreement between Country Shindig Co.
and the City of Miami Beach has been mailed to and accepted
by Country Shindig Co.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH. FLORIDA, that the letter
dated October 15, 1971, signed by the Acting Manager of the
Auditorium and Convention Hall, amending theexisting Agreement
between Country Shindig Co. and the City of Miami Beach be,
and the same is hereby accepted and approved in the name of
and on behalf of said City.
