13507 RESOLUTION NO. 13507
WHEREAS OSCAR MARKOVICH, d/b/a OSCAR MARKOVICH
ENTERPRISES, was determined by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, on the 19th day of January, 1972 ,
to be the successful bidder for the exclusive right to
operate the Food, Beverage and Catering Concession at the
Miami Beach Municipal Auditorium and Convention Hall for a
period of three years commencing March 1 , 1972 ;
and
WHEREAS the City Attorney has prepared an agreement
for the operation of such concession in conformance with the
specifications and proposal, with the terms of which the City
Council is familiar; and
WHEREAS it is deemed to be in the best interest
of the City of Miami Beach to enter into such agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the
City Clerk-Finance Director be and they are hereby authorized
and directed to execute the said agreement in the name of the
said City.
