13513 RESOLUTION NO. 13 513 WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach, Florida, entered into a Lease Agreement with Canning Machinery and Supplies Assocation dated March 17, 1966, and WHEREAS, it is agreed between the parties that the"Convention Hall" stated in the contract should be changed to read "Convention Hall South", and in addition, lessee will use Convention Hall North on January 12-21, 1972, at the rate of thirty-five (35¢)cents per square foot for net commercial exhibit space with a minimum guarantee on Convention Hall North of $3, 000. 00, making a total minimum guarantee of $9, 000. 00 for Convention Hall North and South. Payment of $5, 000. 00 payable on or before January 16, 1972 will now read payment of $8, 000. 00 on or before 5 :00 P.M. January 16, 1972, and WHEREAS, all other terms and conditions of the existing agreement shall remain the same, and WHEREAS, a letter signed by the Managing Director of the Auditorium and Convention Hall, dated March 6, 1970, amending the existing Agreement between Canning Machinery and Supplies Association and the City of Miami Beach has been mailed to an accepted by Canning Machinery and Supplies Association. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the letter dated March 6, 1970, signed by the Managing Director of the Auditorium and Convention Hall, amending the existing Agreement between Canning Machinery and Supplies Association and the City of Miami Beach be and the same is hereby accepted and approved in the name of and on behalf of said City.
