RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA TO BE HELD ON
APRIL 5 , 1972 AT 3 :00 P.M.
WHEREAS, the City Council is considering amending the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
the same being Ordinance No. 1891 , so as to exclude from the C-1
Neighborhood Business District and to include in the RM-60 Multiple
Family Medium Density District the following described parcels of
land, to wit :
All of BLOCKS 6 and 7 of 41st STREET
BUSINESS SUBDIVISION, according to the
Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 34,
Page 92, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida, said parcels of land
comprising that two-block area on the
South side of 42nd Street between Alton
Road and Meridian Avenue,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing be and
the same is hereby called to be held before the City Council in the
Council Chambers, Cypress Room of the Miami Beach Convention Hall,
beginning ay 3 :00 o 'clock P.M. , Wednesday, April 5, 1972, for the
purpose of considering amending the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, so as to exclude from the C-1
Neighborhood Business District and to include in the RM-60 Multiple
Family Medium Density District the following described parcels of
land, to-wit:
All of BLOCKS 6 and 7 of 41st STREET
BUSINESS SUBDIVISION, according to
the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat
Book 34, Page 92, of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida, said parcels of
land comprising that two-block area on
the South side of 42nd Street between
Alton Road and Meridian Avenue,
and to determine whether said Zoning Ordinance should be amended
in accordance with such findings and determinations as may there-
after be reached.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City Clerk-Finance Director be
and she is hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days notice of the
time, place and object of said hearing by public notice thereof,
published in the Miami Beach Daily Sun Reporter, a newspaper of
general circulation in said City.
