13543 RESOLUTION NO. 13543
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach is authorized by law to act for the said City and to
expend its funds for water works or sewerage systems ; and
WHEREAS, said City Council has been requested by
the owners of Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, Flamingo Bay Subdivision,
Miami Beach, Florida, recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 101 of
the special records of Dade County, Florida to provide sanitary
sewer facilities to serve their property; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have agreed
to be responsible for the entire cost of the facilities ; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer must prepare Plans for
the proposed facility; and
WHEREAS, said Plans must be submitted for consider-
ation of the State of Florida Department of Health and
Rehabilitative Services for approval; and
WHEREAS, said City desires to make application to
said State of Florida Department of Health and Rehabilitative
Services for approval of said Plans ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, does hereby authorize
and direct the City Engineer to prepare Plans for sanitary
sewer facilities and submit for consideration and approval
to the State of Florida Department of Health and Rehabilitative
Services the said Plans .
