13561 RESOLUTION NO. 13561 WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach, Florida, entered into a Lease Agreement with The Wallace Campaign dated January 13, 1972, and WHEREAS, The Wallace Campaign has released the date of March 9, 1972, and instead will use the date of March 8, 1972 for the Governor Wallace Rally in the Miami Beach, Auditorium, and WHEREAS, all other terms and conditions of the existing Agreement shall remain the same, and WHEREAS, a letter signed by the Acting Manager of the Auditorium and Convention Hall, dated February 29, 1972, amending the existing Agreement between The Wallace Campaign and the City of Miami Beach has been mailed to and accepted by The Wallace Campaign; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the letter dated February 29, 1972, signed by the Acting Manager of the Auditorium and Convention Hall, amending the existing Agreement between The Wallace Campaign and the City of Miami Beach be and the same is hereby accepted and approved in the name of and on behalf of said City.
