13575 RESOLUTION NO. 13575
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, deems it to be necessary for the welfare of
said City and the inhabitants thereof to acquire for public
off-street parking of vehicles the following described par-
cel of land situate, lying and being in Miami Beach Dade
County, Florida, to wit :
Lots 13, 14 and 15 in Block 45 of Alton
Beach Realty Company' s subdivision of
Lot 10, Block 45, Alton Beach, according
to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
6, page 165 of the public records of Dade
County, Florida .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that it is necessary
that the fee simple title to the above described property be
acquired for use for public off-street vehicular parking pur-
pose, as hereinabove described for the benefit of said City
and its inhabitants; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be
and he is hereby authorized and directed to institute the
necessary legal proceedings in the name of said City in the
exercise of its right of eminent domain for the condemnation
of said parcels for the purpose hereinabove set forth.
