13591 RESOLUTION NO. 13591 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, CALLING A PUB- LIC HEARING FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF A PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE NUMBER 1891 WHEREBY CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND SITUATE ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF 40TH STREET BETWEEN CHASE AVENUE AND INDIAN CREEK WOULD BE RE- ZONED FROM RM-14 MULTIPLE FAMILY RESI- DENTIAL DISTRICT TO RS-4 SINGLE FAMILY DISTRICT. WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach Planning Board has, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance Number 1891, being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, duly recommended to the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the following described parcels of land, to-wit: Lots 8-9, Blk 7, 1st Addn. to Mid Golf Sub. ; Lots 5-6, Blk 50, Orchard Subs 2 and 3; Lots 9-17, Blk 51, Orchard Subs. 2 and 3 ; Lots 9-13, Blk 52, Orchard Subs . 2 and 3 ; Lots 27-28, Blk 3, Flamingo Terr. Sub; Lots 10-13, Blk 4, Flamingo Terr. Sub. be re-zoned from RM-14 multiple family residential district to RS-4 single family district. NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing be called pursuant to the provisions of Section 16 of Ordinance Number 1891 for the purpose of considering, for approval or disapproval, said recommendation of the said City of Miami Beach Planning Board, to be held on June 7, 1972, beginning at 3 :00 o'clock, P. M. , or as soon thereafter as said matter may be heard. PASSED and ADOPTED this 19 day of April,,1972 .
