RESOLUTION NO. 13596
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach, Florida, entered
into a Lease Agreement with Dade County School Board, dated
December 20, 1971, and
WHEREAS, Dade County School Board has changed the
hours from 6 :00 o'clock P.M. to 12:00 Midnight on Sunday,
May 14, 1972 and instead will use the hours of 12 :00 Noon
until 6 :00 o' clock P.M. on Sunday, May 14, 1972, for a
Music Festival, and
WHEREAS, all other terms and conditions of the
existing agreement shall remain the same, and
WHEREAS, a letter signed by the Executive Director
of the Auditorium and Convention Hall, dated March 29, 1972,
amending the existing Agreement between Dade County School
Board and the City of Miami Beach has been mailed to and
accepted by Dade County School Board;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the letter
dated March 29, 1972, signed by the Executive Director of the
Auditorium and Convention Hall, amending the existing Agreement
between Dade County School Board and the City of Miami Beach
be and the same is hereby accepted and approved in the name of
and on behalf of said City.
