13613 RESOLUTION NO. 13613 WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, has been advised that MIAMI BEACH ELECTRICAL EXHIBITION SERVICES, INC. desires to furnish electrical services for the premises and facilities of the Miami Beach Convention Hall North South during CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE GENERAL ASSEMBLY on June 15-22 , 1972 and WHEREAS , an appropriate agreement has been pre- pared by the Auditorium and Convention Hall Manager and ap- proved as to form by the City Attorney, and WHEREAS , the City Council has been advised of and is familiar with the terms and provisions of the said agree- ment and deems it to be for the best interest of the City to authorize the execution of the said agreement, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the above described agreement on behalf of the City, and that the Auditorium and Convention Hall Manager is hereby authorized and directed to carry into effect the terms and provisions undertaken therein by the City.
