RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA TO BE HELD ON
SEPTEMBER 6, 1972 AT 3:00 P.M.
WHEREAS , the City Council is considering amending
the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, the same being Ordinance No. 1891, so as to impose a
height limitation of 25 feet on all buildings or structures
to be erected or constructed on those said parcels of land
described as follows :
BLOCKS 55, 56, and 57 NORMANDY
GOLF COURSE SUBDIVISION, and
TRACT 8, NORTH ISLE OF NORMANDY
as recorded in Plat Book 44,
Page 62, of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public
hearing be and the same is hereby called to be held before the
City Council in the Council Chambers, Cypress Room of the Miami
Beach Convention Hall, beginning at 3:00 o ' clock P.M. , Wednesday,
1 September 6, 1972, for the purpose of considering amending the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
so as to impose a height limitation of 25 feet on all buildings
or structures to be erected or constructed on those said parcels
of land described as follows :
BLOCKS 55, 56, and 57 NORMANDY
GOLF COURSE SUBDIVISION, and
TRACT 8, NORTH ISLE OF NORMANDY
as recorded in Plat Book 44,
Page 62, of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida,
and to determine whether said Zoning Ordinance should be amended
in accordance with such findings and determinations as may there-
after be reached.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City Clerk-Finance Director be
and she is hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days notice of
the time, place and object of said hearing by public notice there-
of, published in the Miami Beach Daily Sun Reporter, a newspaper
of general circulation in said City.
