13634 RESOLUTION NO. 13634
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach has been informed and advised that
the bank formerly known as the Mercantile National Bank has duly changed
its name to Barnett Bank of Miami Beach, N.A. ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, that henceforth all references heretofore made to the
Mercantile National Bank, whether by resolution, contract or other instru-
ments of whatsoever nature, shall be taken to refer to Barnett Bank of
Miami Beach, N. A. and that all of said resolutions, contracts or other
instruments shall be deemed to be amended accordingly.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of June, 1972.
