13673 RESOLUTION NO. 13673
WHEREAS , the Planning Commission of the City of
Miami Beach, pursuant to the provisions of Section 16 of
the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami
Beach (Ordinance No. 1891) , has recommended to the City
Council that LOTS 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 25, OCEAN BEACH
ADDITON NO. #3 (said property being generally located at
824-846 Washington Avenue) , as recorded in Plat Book 2,
Page 81 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
be rezoned to a RH-Hospital District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public
hearing be and the same is hereby called to be held before
the City Council in the Council Chambers, Cypress Room of
the Miami Beach Convention Hall, beginning at 3 : 30 o ' clock
P.M. , Wednesday, September 6, 1972, for the purpose of
considering whether the said C-1 Business District should
be retained, reduced or changed to a RH-Hospital District,
and to determine whether said Zoning Ordinance should be
amended in accordance with such findings and determination
as may thereafter be reached.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City Clerk-
Finance Director be and she is hereby directed to give
fifteen ( 15) days notice of the time, place and object of
said hearing by public notice thereof, published in Miami
Beach Daily Sun Reporter,' a newspaper of general circulation
in said City.
