A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 13655
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
that that portion of Resolution No. 13655 reading as follows:
"NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
that a public hearing be called pursuant to the
provisions of Section 16 of Ordinance No. 1891 for
the purpose of considering, for approval or disapproval ,
said recommendation of the said City of Miami Beach
Planning Board, to be held on August 16, beginning at
3:00 o'clock,p.m. , or as soon thereafter as said matter
may be heard. "
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
that a public hearing be called pursuant to the
provisions of Section 16 of Ordinance No. 1891 for
the purpose of considering, for approval or disapproval ,

beginning at 2:30 o'clock, p.m. , or as soon thereafter
as said matter may be heard.
