13732 RESOLUTION NO. 13732 A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING, FOR APPROVAL OR DISAPPROVAL, A SITE PLAN FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF LOT 20 AND S. 1/2 OF LOT 19, BLOCK 20, PALM VIEW SUBDIVISION ( 1701 MICHIGAN AVENUE) . WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach Planning Board has duly approved a site plan for the development of the following described property situate in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, to-wit: Lot 20 and S . 1/2 of Lot 19, Block 20, PALM VIEW SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, at Page 29, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida. Also known as 1701 Michigan Avenue, located in PUD-1 District and WHEREAS under the provisions of Ordinance No. 1891, being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, is required to approve or disapprove said site plan; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing will be held by the City Council at Council Chambers Cypress Room, Convention Hall, on October -18 1972 at 2: _45 o ' clock, P.M. , or as soon thereafter as said matter may be heard, for the pur- pose of approving or disapproving said site plan in accordance with the provisions of Section 6. 3 (K) and Section 7. 1 (D) of said Ordinance Number 1891.
