13747 RESOLUTION NO. 13747
WHEREAS, the duly registered and qualified voters of the
City of Miami Beach at an election held on March 14, 1972, authorized
the issuance of negotiable coupon bonds in the aggregate sum of
$18,196,000.00, including in said aggregate the sum of $5,375,000.00
for "Series 4, 1972 PARK IMPROVEMENT BONDS", and
WHEREAS, SAID "Series 4, 1972 PARK IMPROVEMENT BONDS" in the
amount of $5,375,000.00 were duly authorized to be issued by the
City Council on March 15, 1972, by Resolution No. 13574, and
WHEREAS, it has now been determined feasible and expedient
by the City Council to sell only $1 ,200,000.00 of Series 4 bonds
known as "1972 PARK IMPROVEMENT BONDS"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach that the maturities schedule of the
$1 ,200,000.00 Series LP, bonds, out of an aggregate of $5,375,000.00,
be fixed as follows:
