13801 RESOLUTION NO. 13801
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 : That on and after November 1 , 1972, all withdrawals of
funds from that certain City of Miami Beach bank account
in the Carner Bank of Miami Beach, designated "City of Miami Beach
Auditorium and Exhibition Hall Trust Account" shall be upon regular City
of Miami Beach checks, designated "City of Miami Beach Auditorium and
Exhibition Hall Trust Account," each bearing two signatures , as follows:
By Norman Litz,, Auditorium and Convention Hall Manager
or in his absence or inability to act for any reason,
By Eleanor B. Baltuch, Administrative Assistant II , or in her
absence or inability to act for any reason,
By Larry Kosloski , Assistant Manager
Countersigned by either one of the following three individuals:
By F. L. Bleasdale, Administrative Assistant
By B. Dew, Administrative Assistant
By Vernon Stultz, Administrative Assistant
SECTION 2: That a certified copy of this Resolution be furnished to
the Carner Bank of Miami Beach.
SECTION 3: That Resolution No. 13269, adopted May 5, 1971 , be and
the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: That that portion of Section 1 of Resolution No. 13650
adopted, June 28, 1972, setting forth the following:
CARNER BANK OF MIAMI BEACH
Accounts designated: "City of Miami Beach"
"City Pension Fund for Firemen and
Policemen - Retirement Account"
"City of Miami Beach Auditorium
and Exhibition Hall Trust"
"Resort Tax Revenue Bond Fund
Utility Tax"
"City of Miami Beach Federal
Emergency Employment"
be and the same is hereby amended so as to delete therefrom the following
account:
" City of Miami Beach Auditorium and Exhibition Hall Trust "
PASSED and ADOPTED this 1st day of November , 1972.
