13811 RESOLUTION NO. 13811
A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING
FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING AN
AMENDMENT TO THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
BEING ORDINANCE NO. 1891.
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach Planning Board has
recommended that Ordinance No. 1891 be amended so as to provide
for the exclusion of the following described property from the
RM-125 Multiple Family High Density District, as the same is
defined in said Ordinance, and to include the said described
property in the C-3 Central Business District, as said use
district is described in said Ordinance, said property being:
Lot 12, Block 45, ALTON BEACH REALTY
CO. SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, at
page 165, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida (near SE corner of
Lincoln Road and West Avenue) ;
and
WHEREAS, under the provisions of Ordinance No. 1891,
being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach is duly required to call a public hearing
for the purpose of considering said recommendation of the said
City of Miami Beach Planning Board and approving or disapproving
said recommendation ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing will be
held by the City Council at Council Chambers , Cypress Room,
Convention Hall, on January 3, 1973, at 2 :30 p.m. , or as soon
thereafter as said matter may be heard, for the purpose of
approving or disapproving said recommendation, and all interested
parties are hereby requested to attend, so that they may then and
there be heard.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 15th day of November 1972 .
