13834 RESOLUTION NO. 13834 WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, has been advised that JOHNNY LIMBO AND GARY POSNER desires to lease the premises and facilities of the Miami Beach Auditorium otxXi ► t x1x1xutK for the purpose of CALYPSO CARNIVAL on DECEMBER 22, 1972 and WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by the Auditorium and Convention Hall Manager and approved as to form by the City Attorney, and WHEREAS , the City Council has been advised of and is familiar with the terms and provisions of the said lease agreement and deems it to be for the best interest of the City to authorize the execution of the said lease agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the above described lease agreement on behalf of the City, and that the Auditorium and Convention Hall Manager is hereby authorized and directed to carry into effect the terms and provisions undertaken therein by the City.
